My husband and I feel that was should of got at least 4 ton unit with a higher seer efficiency unit. and ultimately told me I would need to wait two weeks! Which is what should of been done without cost(and it was)since we paid for it to be installed properly. We were quoted almost the exact same amount from a competitor for the install AND provide the Aquasauna system (which we paid $1400 for).
