Youve been flirting with one another back and forth a little bit. What I can say is, Piper said, when we came to the final deal, they thought it was a very fair offer, based on the market that were in. And John, I dont remember. He was actually younger than me but he had great credibility and he had invested in me in a way and hopefully I in him, that he had credibility and authority in my life.
